We recently evaluated:

  • sites in Miami, Florida for a client planning to develop a children's edutainment center,
  • sites in the greater Sacramento, California area for a client planning a family entertainment center,
  • a site in Arkansas for a planned agritainment attraction

In addition, we are currently completing a market study for a family entertainment center in Fort Myers, Florida, USA.

On one of the jobs, our research determined that selecting a different site just several miles away from the planned location would significantly increase attendance and revenues, as the shifted market area would capture a larger percentage of higher socio-economic families and a greater number of tourists. The new site was the same price as the original site and overall development costs will be no different. Location is very important and can make a significant difference to profits and return-on-investment.
