We have a wide variety of articles for your reading this month, including one on the new direction that eatertainment is taking; entertainment is no longer the primary draw!
I will be busy this month with a trip to Vietnam for a post-opening evaluation of Helio Center, the large entertainment center we designed in Da Nang, presentations at Foundations Entertainment University in Chicago and a tour of agritainment farms with the Agritainment Study Group I am a member of.
