Healthy walk-around food

Here's a cool idea that Sodexho USA, a company that manages meals at schools, developed. They call it Cyclone Salads. They are salads served in a tortilla rolled like an ice-cream cone for on-the-go eating.

What a great idea for a healthy walk-around food at an LBE.
