New Projects
Old Sturbridge Village, Sturbridge, MA
We provided a family and child friendly audit of this premier living history
museum. Old Sturbridge Village's purpose is to provide today's Americans
with a deepened understanding of their own times through a personal encounter
with New England's past. The Village is a nonprofit educational
institution first opened in 1946. Its collections, buildings, exhibits,
and programs present the story of everyday life in a small New England
town during the years 1790 to 1840.
Audit of Existing FEC
We're conducting an audit of an existing family entertainment
center in the Southeast that has experience a serious decline in its revenues
since opening three years ago. Our work will include a market analysis,
audit, determination of the root cause of the business's decline and recommendations
for improvement.
