WINDBREAKS FOR LEISURE PROJECTS

Wind can be a major hindrance to the enjoyment of outdoor attractions in many parts of the US and the world. We are working on design of a leisure project in Dodge City, Kansas, USA, the windiest place in the US. Our design will incorporate landscape windbreaks. Did you know that a properly designed windbreak will reduce the wind speed for a distance of 20 times its height on the leeward side (away from wind)? This is just one example of the attention to detail that affects the quality of the guest experience that White Hutchinson considers in the design of leisure projects.
