For over 30 years, our company has enjoyed working with agritourism farms and ranches of all types on all aspects of feasibility, planning, design, expansion, and operations.
Our first agritourism project was the feasibility and design of a children's discovery farm in Massachusetts in 1994, Davis Farmland (davisfarmland.com/ ) . We have worked with the Davises every year since on all aspects of their expansion and growth. Today, in addition to the discovery farm, they operate a fall festival at a different location on the farm as well as a BBQ restaurant.
Since then, we have worked for agritourism businesses throughout North America on all aspects of planning, developing, expanding, and growing their businesses. Many of these farmers, including some of the country's most successful operations, have continually returned to us for ongoing design and consulting services.
