Choking Poster Available

The National Restaurant Association has started a safety initiative with the American Red Cross by providing a new poster on how to handle choking emergencies. It includes basic CPR techniques. The full-color 21"x11" poster features English on one side and Spanish on the reverse. For each poster sold, the Association will donate $1 to the Red Cross.
