Conducting preliminary market and site evaluation for a children's entertainment center in this 1-million-plus population capital city in Central America.

Queretaro City, Mexico
Queretaro City, Mexico, is located about 2.5 hours from Mexico City at an altitude of 5,900 feet with a population of 3/4 million. White Hutchinson has been retained to conduct a market feasibility and concept study for development of a family entertainment center.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Conducting full market and economic feasibility study and developing preliminary plans for development of a one-price, all-you-can-eat, pizza-pasta-salad buffet/family entertainment center at a location in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
