Family Lifestyle Center Under Development

We are currently working on preliminary design and economic feasibility for a project that will cover the entire entertainment to education continuum and be called a "family lifestyle center." It is the renovation and expansion of an existing 68,000 square foot fitness and recreation facility. Earlier in the year, we completed the market study that determined that a sufficient market existed for the project and identified the market niche and focused assortment that would maximize the project's success.

The expansion will include an additional 10 acres and a building addition of about 100,000 square feet. When completed, the center will include the following components:

  • Fitness
  • Wellness
  • Youth recreation center
  • Cafés
  • Indoor family leisure aquatic center
  • Outdoor family leisure aquatic center
  • Family enrichment center
  • Family entertainment center
  • Children's edutainment center
