Pump It Up offers teambuilding

Ditch the neckties and cast off the high heels! Your next corporate teambuilding exercise could be held in an indoor inflatable playground, courtesy of Pump It Up. Read on to learn about new offerings the parent company has made available to its franchises.

In an effort to maintain and raise revenues for its franchisees, PIU Holdings, LLC, the nation's largest franchisor of indoor inflatable playgrounds, has expanded  offerings for its 175+ Pump It Up locations. Now grownups can play, too, through corporate teambuilding events. The company is now targeting marketing to event planners and human resources departments in corporations, businesses and other organizations to add to its revenue. Corporate teambuilding offerings are in addition to children's enrichment activities, including art camps and play classes the franchisor also recently introduced to Pump It Up and BounceU locations.

Corporate teambuilding at a Pump It Up

We believe the introduction of these new programs indicates the original inflatable birthday party concept on which the franchises were created is not a sustainable business model. Only time will tell whether these added offerings will create enough additional long-term revenues to make the inflatable centers a viable business model.
